Don’t Be Shy

I often get asked questions when I’m at the gym about my fitness routines and diet. And most of the time people will tell me they felt awkward, shy, or unsure to come up and talk to me, or ask questions.

I want to let people know that most of us that have a decent amount of knowledge about health and fitness enjoy helping others! I’m sure there are some people at the gym that don’t want to be bothered. But, most of us, or at least I don’t mind at all.

It’s okay to ask questions! You will never know unless you ask. I learned a lot about health and fitness by asking questions, and doing tons of reading and research.
