Here is one of my awesome ab hiit circuits. This workout can be done at home or at the gym.
Each exercise is done in 20-30 seconds intervals 3-4 times through with a 10 second rest between each exercise.
This workout can be done as often as you like. I do this workout at least 3 times a week.
The key is to keep your heart rate up throughout the workout while maintaining proper form. Remember you can’t spot reduce fat. So a complete body cardio or hiit routine is crucial for fat loss along with a strength training routine and a healthy diet. I often maximize the workout by adding weights or resistance bands.
